Pani Puri (Gol Gappa)

Making Procedure
For Making Puri: Use Packet of Pellets Inside The Box. Accordingly fry Pellets in Cooking Oil at 160C -180C until it comes in Real Shape of Puri.
For Making Pani Puri (Masala): Use Masala Sachet inside the box to mix it with 800 ml of Cold Water until completely mixed then leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Ingredients
Pani Puri Ingredients: Semolina(47%), Vegetable Oil (Palmoil), Whole wheat flour (12%), Refined wheat flour & iodized salt.
Pani Puri Paste Ingredients: Mint paste (25%), Dried mango slices, coriander paste, iodised salt, cumin powder, green chilli, Asafoetida.
